ELKS SCHOLARSHIP NEWS

Elks Legacy and Elks Emergency Scholarship Programs

If you have a child, step child or grandchild who will be graduating from high school in June 2006, you need to know about the Elks Legacy Scholarship Program. These programs are available only to family members of Elks.

If you are disabled and have a child graduating next June, or if you know of a child of a deceased Elk who will be graduating next June, then you need to know about the Elks Emergency Scholarship Program.

If you are already familiar with these valuable programs, you can obtain applications from the Lodge Secretary. All applications must be submitted to the Elks National Foundation by January 13, 2006, so now is the time to act.

If you are not familiar with these scholarship programs, but think you may know of a potential candidate, contact Lodge Scholarship Chairman, PER Clair Miller at 626-1991.
